What is ShowUpTop?
ShowUpTop helps HVAC, plumbing, and water heater companies in the Austin area get recommended when homeowners ask AI assistants for help. We are a new company based in the Austin area.
Is this the same thing the "get you ranked on Google" marketing guys sell?
No. Those services usually focus on your website and Google's regular search results. We focus on what AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity say when a homeowner asks for a recommendation. We fix the sources those assistants read, including your Google Business Profile and listings like Yelp, Angi, and BBB. And we report booked jobs, not just traffic.
Can you guarantee I'll be the top recommendation?
No. Nobody controls what AI assistants say, and anyone who promises a top spot is not being straight with you. How long does it take?
Most of the setup is done in about 7 days. AI assistants take time to pick up changes, so we measure again at 60 days. That's the window our guarantee covers.
What do I need to do?
Very little. You approve your price list, once. You give us access to your Google Business Profile and website, or connect us with whoever manages them. After that, you read a short monthly report and tell us when your prices, services, or hours change.
Do you have an AI phone line?
It's coming soon for founding customers. Google's AI now calls local businesses to ask about price and availability (its "Ask for Me" feature, according to the JobNimbus blog), so we're building a line that answers when your office can't. It is not live yet, and we won't turn it on for you without your OK.
Will the AI phone line replace my office staff?
No. It is meant to answer only when your office can't: after hours, at lunch, or when everyone is busy. It will share your approved price ranges and availability, take the caller's details, and send the lead to you. Your team still books and does the work.
Will the AI phone line tell callers it's an AI?
Yes. Every time. It will say it is an AI and that the call is recorded. We don't hide it.
What trades and areas do you serve?
We work with HVAC companies first, and also plumbing and water heater companies. We serve Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and Georgetown, Texas.
What does it cost?
Our founding customer plan is $199 a month, locked for 12 months. It is open to our first 10 customers. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime. The AI Visibility Report is free.
How do you measure results?
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity the same questions your customers ask, on a regular schedule, and record whether they recommend you. Each month we report how often you're recommended, the calls that came through AI, and how many of those became booked jobs. Every result is dated, and you can see the exact answers.

ShowUpTop was founded by Akhil, who lives in the Austin area. Akhil has a master's degree in information assurance and years of experience in enterprise marketing technology. He works directly with every founding customer.
