How it works

We do the work. You run your business. Here is each step, and what we need from you.

Step 1: Your free AI Visibility Report

We ask the AI assistants homeowners use the same questions your customers ask. For example: "Who's the best AC repair in Round Rock?" We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Then we show you:

  • Whether each AI recommends you.
  • Which competitors it recommends instead.
  • What it says about you, word for word.

Every result is the exact answer, quoted and dated. AI answers change from day to day. So we tell you exactly what we saw and when, not a vague score.

The report is free. There is no obligation.

Step 2: We fix what AI reads

AI assistants don't guess. They pull from sources they trust. We fix those sources.

Your Google Business Profile

We make sure your services, service area, and price ranges are listed and correct. We add regular posts so your profile stays current.

Your website

We add clear pages for each service and your price ranges. We also add behind-the-scenes data that AI tools read easily. This includes a standard format that tells AI your business name, services, area, and hours, and a plain summary file written for AI tools. Your site will look the same to your customers.

Outside listings

AI often cites directories. We check and fix your listings on Yelp, Angi, BBB, Nextdoor, and Thumbtack so they match and are complete.

Reviews

We give you a simple way to ask every customer for a review, the same way every time. No paying for reviews. No only asking the happy ones. That keeps you on the right side of the review sites' rules.

Most of this setup is done in about 7 days.

Step 3: We answer the AI (coming soon for founding customers)

Google's AI now calls local businesses to ask about price and availability for homeowners. Its "Ask for Me" feature expanded to home services nationwide in summer 2026, according to the JobNimbus blog. If nobody picks up, that job may go to someone who does.

We're building an AI phone line that answers when your office can't: after hours, during lunch, or when everyone is on a job. It is not live yet. When it is, it will:

  • Say clearly that it is an AI and that the call is recorded.
  • Give only the price ranges you approved.
  • Share your availability.
  • Take the caller's name, number, and what they need, and send it to you.

It will not replace your office staff. It covers the calls they can't get to. We won't turn it on for you without your OK.

Step 4: Monthly results

Each month you get a short, plain report:

  • AI recommendation score: how often AI assistants recommend you when we ask the questions your customers ask, tracked over time.
  • AI-sourced calls: calls that came through AI.
  • Booked jobs: how many of those calls became work.

We care most about booked jobs. A score is only useful if it brings you work.

What you have to do

Very little.

  • Once: Approve your price list. Give us access to your Google Business Profile and website, or put us in touch with whoever manages them.
  • Ongoing: Read the monthly report. Tell us if your prices, services, or hours change.

That's it. We handle the rest.
